Santander X aims to support people running their own business and help small enterprises create opportunity, take root and grow. 32 entrepreneurs and Santander X 100 members joined the six winners of the ‘Santander X Global Challenge | Cyberprotect the future’ at the Web Summit 2023 in Lisbon.
Today’s challenges require ardent, proactive and innovative solutions. With that in mind, Santander X once again took part in what is considered Europe's top entrepreneurship event, Web Summit.
Santander X members offer training, advice, resources and networking to startups, scaleups, micro business owners and SMEs.
At the Summit, Santander-backed entrepreneurs enjoyed breakout skills and other high-quality sessions. What's more, they made the most of the networking that comes with being a member of Santander X 100, an exclusive and global entrepreneurship community for top Santander X projects that connects them with the resources they need to grow, such as advice and training, capital, clients, talent and others.
Lisbon was also the setting for the awards ceremony of the cyber security challenge, a global competition that Santander launched last year for startups and scaleups that want to bolster the cyber security ecosystem. The six Santander X Global Challenge | Cyberprotect the Future winners stood out for their innovative solutions to help people stay safe in an ever-growing, digitalized world.
