These awards, which were awarded on June 20 in London, are a benchmark in the sector since it is the investors and analysts themselves who recognize the best practices in this field.
IR Magazine awards in the "Best Retail IR Strategy" category for differentiation and communication strategy, marketing campaigns and special loyalty programs for shareholders. This award recognises the bank's efforts in the new phase of value creation for Santander shareholders, highlighting its constant communication, its innovation in digital channels and the exclusive financial and non-financial benefits of its loyalty plan to create special bonds between shareholders and the bank.
For its part, the "Best IR Website (large cap)" award values transparency, ease of navigation and the quality of the content and architecture of the websites to meet the demand for information from shareholders and investors from digital platforms. In this way, Santander stands out for its innovative way of improving communication with the market with attractive content that makes use of interactive tools (videos, podcasts...), adapted language and an architecture and design that improves usability and provides an excellent user experience accessible from any device.
These awards are the recognition of the excellent work carried out by the various global areas of the Group, highlighting Financial Management, Corporate Communication and Marketing, Relations with Shareholders and Investors and Technology, among others.
