Former Chief digital and innovation officer, Banco Santander
Lindsey is responsible for driving digital transformation across the Group, leading specialist digital teams and technologies such as Data Science and Blockchain and managing the global framework for customer innovation in markets where Santander is present. In addition, Lindsey Chairs the board of Santander Innoventures, the Group's $200 millon dedicated fintech venture capital arm.
Before joining Santander, Lindsey was Senior Vice President at Intuit, a leading global fintech company based in San Francisco. During her career, Lindsey has held a number of global and international roles, leading and advising multi-national companies on growth strategies, marketing, acquisitions, retail operations, and organizational issues. During her 10-year tenure at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), she worked in several countries across Europe, Asia and Latin America. Before BCG, Lindsey worked for the Department of Commerce at the US Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand. Lindsey earned her Bachelor's degree in international affairs and Spanish from Duke University, a Master's degree from Georgetown's School of Foreign Service and a Master's degree in business administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.
