Competing taxonomies and conflicting priorities, criteria and timelines are some of the hurdles facing governments, multilateral organizations, businesses other stakeholders who will gather in Glasgow in November. In the balance is whether governments can address the climate challenge in a collaborative, cooperative way or give way to fragmentation and competition.
