Madrid, 17 February 2020 – SANTANDER NEWS
Santander has been awarded the Top Employers 2020 certification, which recognises the excellence of the working conditions offered by the bank to its employees and its contribution to their personal and professional development. The group has received this certificate in Spain, Poland, the United Kingdom and Chile, and at six Santander Consumer Finance units (Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Italy and Belgium). Since Santander has won awards in more than five European countries, it has also received the Top Employers Europe certification.
This acknowledgement shows that the bank has taken another step towards meeting its 2022 target of being one of the best companies to work for in at least six of the geographies where it operates. This distinction comes on the heels of other accolades received by Santander, such as being one of the top 25 companies to work for in the world by Great Place to Work and one of the best places to work for in Latin America.
Santander Spain has received the Top Employers certification for the fourth consecutive year. It is the top financial institution in the ranking and the second best company to work for in Spain.
