Santander Bank Polska was ranked third in the “Best multichannel service provider” category of the 2023 Golden Banker ranking. Its personal account, cash loan and payment card were awarded too.

For many years now, Santander Bank Polska has been recognised amongst TOP 3 of the main Golden Bank ranking, where auditors assess the quality of customer service – for customers and non-customers. They analyse customer journey when using various products in 4 contact channels - branch, internet and mobile banking, helpline and correspondence - e-mail, chat or correspondence form. Auditors also checked the safety issues.

In the Golden Banker ranking, Santander Bank Polska was also amongst leading banks in Poland. Cash loan was ranked 2nd and personal account and payment card - 3rd.

Bank products are assessed as a separate category - from the perspective of customers and non-customers. In the category of credit products, prices, availability in remote channels and acceptance of various income sources, were amongst the assessed aspects.  For accounts - apart from fees and fee exemption conditions, also the scope of extra services was examined.

The bank’s social media channels were appreciated and ranked 3rd among all banks.

The rating is a comprehensive assessment of bank services. During this year’s edition of the ranking, auditors visited bank outlets 800 times, held 560 helpline conversations, chatted or used information forms 440 times and had 4.2 thousand interviews on digital banking. 

The Golden Bank Ranking is organised by Bankier.pl and Puls Biznesu. The rating partner in charge of examining the quality of service is Minds&Roses agency.
