The Tresmares Scholarships, coordinated by the IE Foundation, finance 70% of the cost of executive programmes with the aim of accelerating the growth of SMEs.

The executives chosen will be able to take part in IE University Executive Education programmes in areas including management and leadership, digital transformation, innovation and marketing and sales.

Tresmares Capital has launched the second round of its Tresmares Scholarships programme aimed at executives from Spanish SMEs with the most potential for growth This programme is supported by Banco Santander, through Santander Universities, and IE University, through the IE Foundation.

During the first edition of this initiative, SME executives from throughout Spain were selected and obtained scholarships to train in areas such as finance, strategic management and talent management. Anyone interested in taking part in the second edition of this scholarships programme must register on the Santander X platform and can find more information on the Tresmares Capital website. Applications must be submitted by 11 March. A selection committee made up of representatives from Tresmares Capital, Banco Santander and IE University will evaluate the received applications according to the professional experience of each candidate, their motivations and the future growth potential of the company. 

In this second edition, the programme will continue to seek to support the more rapid growth of SMEs and training as a driver of change to achieve a real impact in the business sector. Beneficiaries of the scholarships fund will receive 70% of the cost of programmes focused on challenges such as management and leadership, digital transformation, data and technology management, marketing and sales, talent management, financial or legal challenges and other areas such as family business challenges or sector transformation.
