The financing will be provided in a club deal with BNP and PKO BP. Santander will act as Facility Agent, Security Agent and Account Bank.
“We are excited to support Qair in this project alongside BNP and PKO BP. Santander Bank Polska continues to execute its green agenda and we are glad to be an important part of the green transformation of Poland’s energy sector” – commented Juan de Porras, Vice-President of the Management Board and head of Corporate & Investment Banking at Santander Bank Polska.
“The project finance of another 106 MW of wind and photovoltaic projects is an important step in the development of Qair Polska. The implementation of such a complex process was possible only thanks to the combination of best international experience of all participants together with their strong presence on the local market. Soon, our operating portfolio will exceed 300 MW and we have ambitious plans for further investments. I would like to thank all participants of the process, including financial institutions, advisors and Qair employees in Poland” – said Krzysztof Wojtysiak, CEO of Qair Polska.
