Over 12 months, the selected candidates will take part in a career development programme to accelerate their professional skills. 

50 selected candidates will join Santander on a permanent basis, working in different areas such as Software Development, Data Science, DevOps, Cloud Engineering and Cybersecurity.
 

Madrid, 26th of March 2020. Santander launches TechUp, a one-year career development programme for 50 young technologists. The selected candidates will join Santander on a permanent basis and will work in different areas of the Bank such as Software Development, Data Science, DevOps, Cloud Engineering and Cybersecurity.

Over 12 months, the selected candidates will have a designated tutor and will work in diverse real business projects, as part of their career development programme. They will join one of the Group’s technology areas, contributing towards Santander’s  digital transformation, offering them exciting challenges as they conceive, design and develop products and services, all the while learning new ways to work and collaborate.

TechUp is orientated to professionals in the early stage of their career, who enjoy an international environment and have some technical experience. The candidate recruitment process will take place from April to June, 2020 and the 50 final candidates will join Santander in September 2020.
