Banco Santander Chile launches an extensive plan of measures to assist customers

The plan benefits over 500,000 customers in mortgage, consumer, SME and corporates portfolios.

Following a full assessment, as a means of making a contribution to the complex situation in the country, Banco Santander Chile has devised an extensive plan to provide substantial assistance for all its customers.

The plan drawn up by teams will cover over 500,000 customers, for whom a preapproved solution already exists, and entails an overall amount of almost USD 6 billion.

The proposal offers both remote and in situ customised solutions for consumer, mortgage, SME and corporates portfolios.
