Banco Santander and the User submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid for any matters that may occur or actions that may be carried out arising from the services and content of the Website, as well as regarding the interpretation or application of, or the compliance or non-compliance with, the provisions of these general conditions.
