Banco Santander and Erste Group Bank AG today announced the completion, as planned, of the sale of Santander Bank Polska, which had been disclosed in May 2025, following the receipt of all required regulatory approvals.

Banco Santander announces that it will be the ‘Founding Partner’ of the Formula 1 Tag Heuer Spanish Grand Prix, which will take place in Madrid from 11 to 13 September 2026. With this multi-year agreement, the bank, Official Partner of Formula 1, reaffirms its commitment to the sport and strengthens its presence in the Spanish sporting landscape.
