What does the programme include?

You’ll get a 12-month work placement contract to realize your potential by creating innovative solutions that will have an impact on our customers and on broader society. You’ll be part of a team that will help you grow both personally and professionally.

What will I learn?

The programme will help you master skills for a specific area in Grupo Santander. We want professionals like you to work with our teams on projects relating to Technology, Cybersecurity, Investment Banking, Risk, HR, Audit, Marketing and other areas.

When does the programme start?

The Santander HQ Graduate Programme will begin in late January 2025.

The Santander Graduate Programme is for anyone who, in the last three years, has earned the equivalent of a bachelor’s, associate or master's degree; a specialist certificate; or a vocational training diploma. We want professionals who are talented, driven and eager to fulfil their potential.
