Santander reports annually its performance in terms of culture, sustainability and responsible banking, informing of the main actions and commitments of the Bank in this areas and in relation to its main stakeholders (employees, customers, shareholders and society).

The chapter on responsible banking, of the bank's annual report, is where all this information is collected, and has been verified by PwC, an independent firm that has also audited the Group's annual accounts in that year.
